About Pineapple Notepad

Pineapple Notepad is an advanced cross-platform notepad application built on Qt, Scintilla, and KDE Framework.

This project was started in early 2024, with the goal of bringing the use habits and experience of “Notepad++” to more platforms. Qt's cross-platform capabilities and KDE Framework's flexibility allow this application to run on Windows, macOS, and Linux, and bring a relatively flexible configuration and custom experience.

This project can be used for free, regardless of whether it is for commercial use or not (see the EULA attached to the software for details). This software also plans to release as an open-source software in the future if it reaches the open-source sponsor goal.
